Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for senior Qualtrics person, preferably someone who has managed a large Qualtrics projects initiative, while also being hands-on.

  • Translate customer needs into business requirements. Have experience in enabling organizations take action based on customer experience data. As needed, be able to lead and facilitate sessions in customer journey mapping. Be able to translate customer insights into business recommendations, help clients build business cases and enable clients to develop operational plans.
  • Contribute to the design and development of new platform features.
  • Experience with Qualtrics AP framework.
  • Ability to understand how to map Qualtrics API’s to meet a particular business requirement.
  • Experience with a programing language such as Python, Java, AWS lambda functions.
  • Experience with building services in AWS.
  • Experience with consuming files (.csv, .xls) from sftp sites consume them and engage Qualtrics API’s.
  • Experience with retrieving survey responses via API’s.
  • Experience with managing and manipulating AWS S3 buckets programmatically.
  • Experience with Postman, SOAPUI, CURL or any other endpoint management software.
  • Experience with Qualtrics administrative tasks, Ex: Survey authoring, Actions, Distributions, Reports, Dashboards, Survey Flows, Survey advanced options, User administration, lists, automations, groups, groups types, user types, user roles, security best practices, themes , organization setting administration and Qualtrics ID’s administration.
  • Experience with Qualtrics and Jira integration.
  • Experience with SSO integration between Qualtrics and AD.
  • Experience setting up OAuth set up for Authentication.
  • Experience with Qualtrics metadata concepts.
  • Experiences with Qualtrics Tableau integration.
  • Experience with CX and EX survey platforms
  • Experience with site intercepts
  • Experience with accessibility concepts within Qualtrics.
  • Experience with GIT or Bitbucket.

Experience with Qualtrics SMS adaptors , queue architecture and contact metadata lookup
