Job Duties: |
- Handling a team 12 inside sales professionals.
- Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business for QA/Testing/ERP/BI/Cloud services.
- Sell Testing Services involving service delivery from offshore locations outside America as well as onsite.
- Develop and manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal presentation to closing clients and further farming the account.
- Act as the primary interface between the company and the customer on all matters including account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements.
- Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events.
- Able to handle daily activities which include client handling, escalations, deliveries and team management.
- Continuous improvement of customer relationship management.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Oracle/BI/Testing Applications Market knowledge from a Sales/Services angle.
- Good communicator and proactive in nature.
- Experience in out bound calls, setting up meetings.
- Qualifying a lead & who has carried sales quotas in the past.
- Do pre-sales demos, any testing tools knowledge (from a demo/sales perspective or industry knowledge).
- Understand the Testing Services and consulting business.
- Knowledge of the US market.
- Excellent understanding of IT services business in USA with existing client relationships.
- Knowledge of latest trends in the software testing including automation tools, accelerators, market intelligence.
